I am a certified and accredited HNLP Masters Practitioner, Coach and Authentic Self Empowerment (ASE) Facilitator.

Coaching sessions are holistic and deliver fast results by integrating various processes and combining a unique set of skills, vast experience and intuition, that facilitate and enable growth and transformation to take place at all levels; mind, body and soul. Using HNLP & ASE techniques, with my clients over time has proven to be both profound and inspiring. This is achieved through individual coaching sessions or facilitated group sessions.

Coaching for Well Being

I provide practical ways to enable and empower people to live a more meaningful, balanced and purposeful life. Through the Coaching Journey clients tap into and find their inner wisdom and resources to remove limiting beliefs and mental blocks and in this way transform their lives so they can discover their potential. I focus all my energies on challenging my clients thinking, by asking the right questions so that clients reflect and re-examine their values and ultimately clarify their goals.

You are what your deepest desire is. As is your desire, so is your intention. As is your intention, so is your will. As is your will, so is your deed. As is your deed, so is your destiny.
